PISCES (February 20- March 20)

Pisces is the twelfth sign of Zodiac.  The Fish is a water element and is aptly ruled by the planet Neptune. In Greek mythology, the two fish are symbolic of Aphrodite and her son Eros when they escaped Typhon.  In Chinese culture, the fish or goldfish refers to abundance, fidelity, and unity. In Christian belief, the fish is symbolical of faith and abundance as shown in the Biblical story of the fish and loaves of bread. In Paganism, the fish is viewed as a symbol of fertility and femininity.  In the Celtic symbol, the fish signifies wisdom, knowledge, and inspiration.  In Eastern Indian culture, the fish symbolizes creation and transformation.

This sign is depicted as the sinner and saint in the Zodiac sign. He could be a lost soul or a trendsetter in the field of art or fashion. He could be a philosopher one moment and a psychotic fool the next. The two swimming fish swim in opposite directions, which turns the Piscean in two opposing directions.  However, they are very resilient and adaptable. They can be found in top government and business seats and, at the same time, are also housed in reform schools and prisons.

Generally, those born under the sign are compassionate, adaptable, accepting, trusting, devoted and creative. They are highly intuitive, and some have psychic abilities. It is a symbol of realism and spiritualism.  Negative traits include being oversensitive, lazy, escapist, self-pitying, and indecisive.
